Leasing & Management

With over 20 years of successful experience in property management, we have built a solid reputation delivering customer service to both tenants and property owners.  Alliance Property Management is staffed with licensed real estate professionals who have in-depth knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and Florida Law and Statutes.

We manage all aspects of the property including;

Advertising of the vacant property, credit and criminal checks, previous rental history checks, and the applicant’s employment status

On the landlord’s behalf, negotiate rental agreements, collect fees and security deposits, issue keys to the tenants and make sure the keys are returned once the tenant vacates

To prevent minor issues from becoming major, expensive repairs, perform a monthly exterior inspection of the property and a quarterly walk-through of the property.

Any required repairs or maintenance will be reported to either the tenant or the landlord, depending on whose responsibility it is to resolve.

If necessary, in the transition between vacating and new occupancy, contract with cleaners and re-key the door locks

Serve tenants with late notices as required and deliver eviction notices if necessary

Arrange, manage, and disburse funds for all needed repairs and maintenance (with any costs over the owner’s reserve fund authorized by the owner)

Along with your check, provide a monthly income and expense statement of receipts and disbursements, including copies of all work orders and paid invoices associated with your property.
